How topics are selected

We review newsletters, university research, company publications and practitioner communities. Related articles are grouped into one topic. Original evidence, novelty, independent developments, momentum, relevance and durability inform a provisional research score. Reader interest is measured separately.

Early signals may have just one credible original report. They are not established trends. The first collection establishes a baseline; it cannot prove acceleration. Standing editorial priorities require owner approval.

Voting stores a separate random ballot for each topic in this browser. You can change your choice. We do not use it to link your votes across topics. Clearing browser storage or using another browser can create another ballot, so counts represent responses, not verified unique people. Article usefulness stars remain separate.
