Three plugin pieces moving through an allowlist toward an approved update

Summary: GitHub added an autoUpdate option for plugin marketplaces configured through enterprise-managed settings. Supported clients can automatically check and update installed plugins from an approved marketplace, while the marketplace must remain permitted by the effective strictKnownMarketplaces allowlist.

Why it matters: Agent infrastructure is moving from one-off local customization to managed distribution. Automatic updates reduce drift and manual maintenance, but they also make publisher trust, change review, rollback planning, and version compatibility part of the harness-security model.
